Frequently Asked Questions

What is “regenerative psychotherapy”?

Regeneration is defined, in part, as “a spiritual renewal or revival and/or renewal or restoration of a body, bodily part, or biological system (such as a forest) after injury or as a normal process…” (Merriam-Webster Dictionary).  The goal of any good therapeutic service should be to renew or restore one to one’s full potential.  The human body is a system that operates within and between larger and more complex systems in our environment.  Mental wellness is the art and science of balancing these constantly intersecting systems. Regenerative psychotherapy is the therapeutic process of helping others reach their full potential through a deep understanding of the self as part of, and in relationship to, these multi-dimensional systems.
